The 'Common' man... oops sorry the common people...

The 'Common' man... oops sorry
the common people...

The 'Common' man... a fantastic representation by our very own Mr. R.K. Laxman. Surprisingly the 'liberated woman's group' (mahila mukit andoolan) have not targetted him, for making the cartoon of a man and not a woman. So before they target this blog I have put an "oops" in the headline itself, naming it the Common people. The 'aam janta' - mango people, mango known as the king of all fruits. The fruit is the king but the people are not. Perhaps they will never be... A few days the auto rickshaw union was on indefinite strike, recently the banks were on strike, the doctors were also on strike.
The only people who cannot go on strike are the Common people and the people incharge of the internal and external security of the the nation, POLICE, SRPF, BSF AND THE DEFENCE
PERSONNEL. They can revolt but cant go on strike, but what about the Common people.

Even the Common people cannot go on strike, as they have a family that is be taken care of. They are the people who suffer the most and its only they who are harrassed the most. Why, has anybody asked this question...

Will the Common man ever go on strike...

Anything...

Anything, isnt it a wierd word... the other day I was chatting with one of my student, and she was confused. After clearing her doubts she suggested that I should write a book, and when suggested it, I even asked her what topic should I write on... and "ANYTHING" was the answer.

But the answer made me think... whenever I go to a restaurant and am asked what will I have prompt is the reply "ANYTHING". But what does it actually define or mean and when do we use it. I would say it gives the opposite person an opportunity to decide on your behalf or a freedom to express him/herself. And in turn it tells us to respect the indivudual. We tend to use this word only with our closest of acquaintances and the people whom we trust.

Power of WORD/s

Words, what they mean... express... say... reciprocate or reflect... its an expression of our mind. Words make us realise and understand a/every 'relation' - Mom, dad, Darling, sweetheart, I love you... I miss you... etc... Here is a tribute to the WORDS... when used correctly they honour you or else abuse you. Not only should we respect them we should also treat and use them properly, effectively and respectably.
